A Big Moving Day for Metro Chinese Weekly

Time:6/23/2010 1:13:16 PM

September 17, 2009

Since the Metro Chinese Weekly has been rapidly growing and expanding, New Mainstream Press has moved locations from Bala Cynwyd to their new facilities based in Chinatown. The company celebrated by throwing a lavish grand opening ceremony with lion dances, firecrackers, community leaders, and over 50 advertising clients.

The new office located on 924 Cherry Street, is mammoth sized in comparison to the old office in Bala Cynwyd of merely 800 square feet with only three individual rooms. The new office is approximately 2200 square feet with 7 individual rooms, a cafeteria area, and a separate conference room.

To accommodate Metro Chinese Weekly’s new growth, they added 20 brand new outdoor newspaper boxes and installed them throughout Chinatown and Center City. Keep an eye out for them!
